In today's scenario, almost everyone is trying to tackle with one problem that is obesity, or fat accumulation in the body. Love handle is the area just above the hip portion. This is the area where fat accumulates the most. This area turns flabby when fat accumulates. There are many exercises and diet charts available for reducing this area. Many new technologies are been launched to remove the fat from the love handle region. Women face this problem more. This problem of fat accumulation at the love handle area is due to unhealthy diet and laziness. Few of the exercises to reduce love handles are available for people suffering from the problem of fat. Love handle is the area on the sides of the abdomen. Some people often neglect this area, when they do their stomach or abs exercise. People do not know this, that when it comes to reducing love handle area then one needs to strengthen the back. Because of this, there is a creation of balance on the torso and it reduces the fat. Exercises to reduce love handles are: To reduce fat from this area follow these steps, firstly, lie down on your stomach and then lift the body up, but slightly. Secondly, keep both the hands in the resting position near the love handle region. The last step is to lift the knees and feet up. Then flutter them back and forth for about 20 seconds. Then take a break, and start the same exercise again, repeat it for 10 minutes. In another exercise to reduce love handles, one lies down on the back and bents the knees. Then, lifts the head up and place the hands on the head, without locking the fingers. After that, she/he starts twisting with the right leg up in the air, then brings left elbow near the right knee, with the left leg stretched out. At last, one repeats the same thing with the left knee and right elbow. Make sure that it should be repeated for 25 times. Now, third exercise is the standing trunk twists. By doing this exercise, the heart pumps well and the calories burn. The steps of this exercise are- the first step is to stand on the feet and open them a foot apart. Then keep the knees in a relaxing position. After completing the first step do the next. In the next step, one needs to twist the torso to the left side but keep this in mind that the hips and the legs should be in a stable position. After this, move the right hand in front as if the person is punching someone. Repeat this same exercise with the right hand also.
Therefore, start with the exercises. Do not wait for tomorrow, remember the sooner you start, sooner you will lose the fat. Do not just firm up the love handle muscles; try to shed the fat, which is accumulated there at the love handle area. Try to reduce love handles also along with the belly fat.
